We’re having another trip out on Friday, this time to the fabulous garden at Woodpeckers Care Home. We’ll be racing round the garden on our balance bikes to help with their London Marathon Challenge.
Perfect weather for taking off our shoes and seeing how paint feels between our toes! We made some beautiful artwork to take home and got to wash our feet in a big soapy bucket of water, what a brilliant day!
How exciting… our new high-vis jackets have arrived in pre-school! Thank you to our fabulous committee for helping to organise and fundraise for them and keeping us safe on our trips out 💚💙💛. Look out for us around the village!

We returned from a wet Easter break to welcoming new members of our Pre-school and we are enjoying getting to know them. We’ve had lots of birthdays to celebrate recently which has given us the opportunity to talk about our age and explore how people are older or younger than us. We had a very exciting visit from Clare’s Guinea Pigs and learnt all about how to care for them, where they sleep, what they like to eat and not and most importantly how to play with them. They really seemed to enjoy their day out at Preschool. Each day we can not only use the more »
We are lucky enough to join in with the Age Concern group on a regular basis and we had lots of fun during an exercise class throwing and catching the ball and we also bake biscuits for them. The last few weeks before Christmas were as always very busy with lots of craft work and of course decorating our Christmas tree. The children have been looking at relationships with their parents, siblings and friends. They have been talking about feeling good about themselves and appreciating others.
